After 40+ hours of buses, airports, and planes, we have arrived safely at the Northeast Science Station in Cherskiy, a bit bleary eyed, but happy to have successfully figured out the new coffee maker. We drew a few stares along the way, probably because some members of our group thought it a good idea to do yoga while we were in Sheremetyevo airport waiting for our flight to Yakutsk. Otherwise, we had a pretty smooth journey, and we are happy to be back with our friends at the Northeast Science Station. Stay tuned for updates on research projects and other activities.
